TML Property Services didn't start with a business plan. It started with a college student who couldn't focus unless her space was clean. Briana Jean — known online as This Messie Life — earned the nickname "Clean Freak" from her roommates at Belmont University. While other students were cramming for exams in cluttered dorm rooms, Briana was organizing closets, scrubbing baseboards, and making everyone else's space feel livable.
That instinct turned into something real in Nashville. Briana started cleaning homes on the side — just her, a bag of supplies, and a growing reputation for being ridiculously thorough. Word spread. One client became five, five became twenty, and suddenly she had a cleaning company. Not because she planned it, but because the work spoke for itself.
The Move to Utah
When Briana relocated to Utah County, she brought that same standard with her. What started as residential cleaning quickly expanded into commercial contracts as local businesses discovered what "detail-oriented" actually means when it's not just a marketing phrase. TML Property Services now serves offices, medical practices, retail spaces, and residential properties across Provo, Orem, Lehi, American Fork, and the surrounding area.
